Take your running to the next level with our Wizzard Go Running Plan. This plan will allow you to unlock your full running potential by creating a personalised running plan tailored specifically to YOU.
Initially you will have a consultation with one of our Wizzard coaches to assess your current training load, commitments and running goals, we believe this is essential to creating a structured training programme that will optimise your training and recovery whilst tailoring for your personal commitments.
Your coach will work with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals and will provide you with all the tools and resources on our training peaks platform. This will include stretching routines, S&C guidance and nutrition tips. You’ll be set long term goals and smaller targets along the way to monitor progress and keep motivation high.

Monthly calls/Check-ins with your coach
Regular communication via Whatsapp with your coach
Full access to the Training Peaks platform
Advice on warm-up routines, activations & stretching pre and post training
Strength and conditioning guidance
Nutrition tips and tricks on Training Peaks provided by our nutritionist certified by the British dietetic association (BDA). This will be tailored to racing and training demands to optimise performance, training and recovery.

Wizzard Nutri-Plus Running Plan - £125 p/m
Take your nutrition to the next level with Wizzard Nutri-plus. This plan will include everything that Wizzard Go Running Plan offers as well as personalised nutrition guidance from a certified nutritionist. This will provide you with the guidance and knowledge to improve all aspects of your diet and will help improve your health, training, and performance.
Initially, you will receive a consultation with our nutritionist who will explore your current dietary habits to see what aspects of your nutrition can be worked on. Following this initial call, you’ll receive guidance on Training Peaks as well as regular communication on WhatsApp or email with your nutritionist to help you achieve your nutrition goals. This plan will cover everything from everyday nutrition advice, race day nutrition advice, and supplements to give you the knowledge to take your nutrition, health, and performance to the next level.
This plan may be of particular interest to those racing marathons or longer-distance events as nutrition will play a key role in your ability to withstand higher training volumes, train and recover optimally, and maximise your performance on race day. You may also want to consider this plan if you struggle with injuries, regular illnesses, or overtraining syndrome as fuelling optimally will reduce the chance of these events reoccurring and will improve your ability to train consistently.

One hour consultations with our nutritionist certified by the British Dietetic Association (BDA), providing specific dietary support to optimise your performance, training and recovery. This will provide you with the guidance and knowledge to improve all aspects of your diet.

This call can cover everything from everyday nutrition advice to race day nutrition advice, as well as supplemental intake to give you the knowledge to take your nutrition, health, and performance to the next level.
